A client in a new residential complex in Pipera needed a complete, coordinated lighting installation throughout her entire apartment on a tight deadline. The project involved multiple fixture styles with specific design requirements.
The main challenges included ensuring flawless integration with existing, imperfect finishes and achieving precise spatial planning to avoid functional conflicts with furniture.
Our Solution & Process:
We managed the full project from unboxing to final switch activation. Our team expertly installed all hanging fixtures, wall sconces, and ceiling lights. A key aspect of our work involved custom on-site adjustments: we skillfully finished the mounting points in the master bedroom where the wall preparation was inadequate, ensuring a perfect, flush fit.
We meticulously adjusted the suspension heights of all pendant lights to achieve the perfect visual balance and lighting effect. Critical attention was paid to spatial planning, particularly in the kitchen and closets, where we positioned recessed downlights to clear all cabinet doors, preventing any interference—a common issue in renovated homes.
n the bathroom, we installed a IP44-rated wet-area ceiling light, fully complying with the I7 norm for electrical installations in humid environments.
