Client Challenge:
A real estate agency in Pipera needed a full apartment repaint on an extremely tight deadline before the arrival of new tenants.
The challenge was threefold: executing a high-quality finish within a compressed timeline, comprehensively protecting and wrapping all furniture and objects in the fully furnished unit, and remedying specific wall damage including permanent marker stains and a persistent water stain from a prior kitchen leak.

We managed the project as a complete turnkey service. Our team began with meticulous furniture protection, using professional-grade wraps and floor coverings to safeguard every item.
We then performed targeted surface preparation: chemically treating and priming the marker stains and applying a specialized stain-blocking primer to the water-damaged area in the kitchen to prevent bleed-through.
The entire apartment was painted in two custom color tones, with one shade being a specially mixed color created to the client's exact request at the paint supplier. To guarantee a flawless handover, we coordinated and oversaw a post-construction professional cleaning service for the final delivery.
